Laetitia leads the Monaco office’s highly skilled team with expertise in legal, tax, accounting, fiduciary and corporate advisory services.
She is fluent in English, French and Italian and the international breadth of her knowledge enables her to assist high net worth individuals, global families, family offices and trustees on a range of trust, estate and cross border succession and estate planning issues.
Laetitia is a dual-qualified lawyer who gained her LLB (Hons) from Keele University before completing her Legal Practice Course at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice. She subsequently worked in investment banking in London and following her New York Bar qualification, practiced in renowned US law firms.
Laetitia is registered as a jurisconsulte qualifié with the Monaco Court of Appeal to provide affidavits for Monaco Law 214 Will Trusts. She is a qualified member of Monaco’s Strategic Council for Attractivity (CSA) which aims to bring solutions, proposals and ideas to the Monaco Government regarding to the economic development of the Principality. She is the company representative at the Monaco Economic Board and is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and the New York State Bar Association. Laetitia teaches the Wealth Planning course at the International University of Monaco (IUM).
